1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop of i2bit at nayla-shop.web.app (hereinafter "Nayla Shop").
2. Conclusion of contract
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded once Nayla Shop confirms the order.
3. Age restriction
Nayla Shop sells vapes, shisha tobacco and other products whose sale in Switzerland is only permitted from age 18. By ordering such products, the customer confirms being at least 18 years old.
4. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Nayla Shop is operated as a sole proprietorship and is not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.
5. Payment
You can pay by advance bank transfer or by card/TWINT via PostFinance Checkout. With advance payment, goods are shipped once payment is received; with card/TWINT, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is currently only within Switzerland via Swiss Post.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

9. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Olten, Switzerland.
